It's tomato season, lettuce has been planned and grown to align: it's BLT season baybee
We didn't have a ton of bread on hand, but we did have a tin of pop-the-tube biscuits in the fridge so we used those. I think I prefer toast to carry my BLT but there was something quite winsome about the toothsome give of a biscuit. Including the jam these are 3/6 from home. I think I have done 3/5 before with homemade bread, I should shoot for 4/5 and make the bread and the mayo sometime? I do not think I will ever raise a pig, but maybe someday I could smoke a bacon to call it a 5/5 from home BLT.
